Before you add Customers, you need to create Hosting Plan first to assign to your Customer later.
Here's the step by step:
1. Login to your Plesk
2. Click "Service Plans" menu
3. Click "Add a Plans" button
4. Complete your hosting plan quota
5. Click the "Ok" button
