Yes, of course. When your client have some problem or question about their hosting account, they can easily create support ticket from their control panel. This ticket will send to you as their reseller, and you can easily manage support ticket. This is the step how your client can create support ticket from their control panel :
- Your client can login to their control panel first.
- Click “My Support Ticket”.
- At the create ticket page, they can enter their problem or question detail, and assign it to your support or billing department.
- Click Submit.
After create ticket, they can view their ticket status by click “View Open Ticket” or “View All Ticket” from their control panel.
