When your client create support ticket, this ticket will send to you as their reseller. You can view this ticket detail and reply it. Here is the step how you can manage (reply) your client ticket :
1. Click Reseller Manager from your Control Panel.
2. Click “Reseller Ticket” at the tab menu.
3. Click ticket Query Title to view the ticket detail.
4. At the Ticket detail page, you can view your client ticket detail and reply it by click Submit.
Once you’ve reply your client ticket, that ticket status will change to “Open”, that mean this ticket is still active and wait for your client confirmation or reply. You can also close this ticket, by click the Close button at the ticket detail page.
