To start using your email service, you can create the email accounts first. Please follow these steps below to create an email account in Plesk 12:
- Login to Plesk 12
- Click Mail menu on top page
- Click Create Email Address
- Fill the details provided (you can customize the mailbox quota, default is 500 Mb, it can be different for each account)
- Click OK
After you create the email account, you can try to send and receive email via webmail by using webmail URL: mail.domain.com
