You are responsible for your backups and web content.
We create our own daily backups on the shared servers, and we can restore from those for emergency purposes.
However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. Because We'll charge You for Custom Services Addon when You request it.
On the Dedicated, we do not make any backups. You can partition space on your hard drive for backups, or purchase a new hard drive for backups.
